When you receive your next bill from us, you’ll notice it looks a bit different. We’ve been asked to make our bills easier to read and easier to understand, so we went about redesigning it to achieve these two goals. Hopefully we’ve achieved them.

If you still receive your bill by post, why not switch to receive your bills via email? Your bill will still look the same, but you’ll get them in PDF format in an email from us instead of by post.

To receive your bill by email, simply log in to My Internode, click “How I get my bill” under My Account and change “Post” to “Email”. Easy!

You’ll save yourself $1.50 per bill and do the environment a favour too.
