Canstar recognised Internode for having the highest overall customer satisfaction scores in all categories: overall satisfaction, network performance, value for money, customer service, bill clarity and contract clarity.
In February this year Internode was named the 2016 Home Broadband Service Provider of the Year by Roy Morgan Research. The Roy Morgan Customer Satisfaction Awards are based on the results of monthly surveys among 50,000 customers nationally about their attitudes to service providers and product purchases.
According to Allen Wei from Roy Morgan Research, “with a clean sweep of 12 monthly awards, Internode was selected as the recipient of the Roy Morgan Research Customer Satisfaction Award in the sub-category of Home Broadband Service Provider of the Year 2016.
Customer Satisfaction ratings are collected from Roy Morgan’s Single Source survey of approximately 50,000 Australians annually – the world’s most comprehensive ongoing single source survey. Results were analysed over a course of 12 months to identify Australia’s top businesses in Customer Satisfaction.”
