Internode is still going strong as Australia’s #1 Home Broadband Provider!
We’re extremely proud to receive Canstar Blue’s Most Satisfied Customers award across not one, not two but three categories! We received top scores across the board for NBN™, ADSL and Bundled Phone & Internet. To top it off, this is also the first time one internet provider has received all three Canstar internet awards at the same time.
Canstar Blue is a leading consumer ratings agency that regularly surveys Australian consumers across a range of categories. In their most recent awards, internet consumers were surveyed about their overall satisfaction with their provider, value for money, customer service, contract clarity, ease of activation and bill clarity as well as speed of plans and network performance in particular categories.
Internode scored five out of five stars in every category for NBN™ and Bundled Phone & Internet, and all but one category for ADSL where we scored four out of five stars.

We’ve always been passionate about the internet and giving our customers the best service possible, and we’re thrilled that our hard work is being recognised. Internode has a long history of winning awards and this achievement is a great follow-up to our outstanding results in the 2017 Roy Morgan Customer Satisfaction Awards.
