Request a relocation online

Internode customers, we’ve got good news for you! We’ve integrated the ability to request a relocation of your broadband services into My Internode, our online account management tool. That means you can make your request any time of the day or night to get the ball rolling on your relocation. Here’s what you need to do:

  1. Log into My Internode with your Internode broadband username and password. You can find your Internode username on your invoice. If you’ve forgotten your password, please visit internode.on.net/getmypassword.
  2. On the overview page, select ‘My Services’.
  3. Select ‘Relocate my services’ and tell us where you’re headed. You can use the Broadband Coverage Checker to see which type(s) of internet services are available at your new address.
  4. Select your desired service and proceed to the signup process.
  5. Choose ‘I’m already with Internode’ and enter your Internode account/login details for the service(s) that you’d like to relocate.
  6. Enter the details for your new service(s) at your new location.
  7. Provide us with the details of your relocation and lodge your request. We’ll be in touch to finalise your relocation order.

Then you can browse our available plans and pick out the one that suits your needs. If the same type of broadband is available at both your old and new addresses, you may not even need to change plans at all!
