We’ve got some great news for small business owners, internet enthusiasts and anyone wanting to run a website or server on their Internode broadband connection: Option Packs have arrived for Internode NBN™ FTTC and HFC!
Our Power and Business Option Packs can be added to any Internode NBN™ plan to unlock a range of extra features. These features are typically useful for advanced users and business customers who want to make the most out of their internet service. Read on to find out more!
Which Internode Option Pack is right for you?
With two different Option Packs to choose from, you may be wondering which one will best suit your needs. Let’s start by taking a look at the inclusions of each pack that’s available as an add-on to your Internode NBN™ service:
Power Pack – $10/month
Designed for power users and internet enthusiasts
Business Pack – $30/month
Perfect for business customers
As you can see, the key differences between the two Option Packs is that the Business Pack adds Priority Business Support, optional extra IP address, and a Service Level Agreement (SLA). These features are strongly recommended for businesses who rely on their internet services. However, it’s worth noting that you don’t have to own a business to take advantage of these options. All Internode NBN™ customers are able to add a Business Pack if they wish to.
For enthusiasts or technical customers who aren’t running a business but do need a Static IP (for purposes such as running a website or remote access) the Power Pack is a perfect middle ground.
Still can’t decide? Why not give one a try – our Option Packs are available as an add-on to your broadband plan on a month by month basis, so you can always change your mind if you need to. Power Packs and Business Packs can be added to or removed from your account at any time thanks to our Online Plan Changer – you won’t even need to pick up the phone. Any changes to your Option Pack selections will take effect on the next rollover of your broadband billing month.

Even more features with Internode NBN™
Option Packs aren’t the only change introduced for NBN™ FTTC and HFC. IPv6 is also now available at no extra cost. Provided that your modem supports IPv6, you can now take advantage of this next-generation Internet Protocol.
