Internode is proud to have received the award for Internet Service Provider of the Month for January 2019 from Roy Morgan Research.
Roy Morgan Research is a leading independent consumer research agency and the Roy Morgan Customer Satisfaction Awards are among the most coveted awards in many industries, including telecommunications. The results are based entirely on independent consumer research including ratings from the world’s largest single source survey which is answered by over 50,000 Australians!
Internode came out on top for January 2019 with an impressive customer satisfaction rating of 85%. This win follows our outstanding performance in Canstar Blue’s national awards last year where Internode was awarded Most Satisfied Customers award with 5 out of 5 stars across not one, not two but three categories, so we’re pleased to start 2019 by continuing to be Australia’s #1 Broadband Provider!
The total number of monthly awards will ultimately determine the prestigious Internet Service Provider of the Year awards (which we won in 2017 and 2016) so we’re going to keep working hard to deliver award-winning service.
