Did you know that the human brain is capable of 1,016 processes per second, making it more powerful than a computer? Or that the average brain is believed to generate up to 50,000 thoughts per day?

Millennials aged 18 to 34 have been found to be more forgetful than Baby Boomers, meaning they’re more likely to forget where they put their keys than their parents! Our brains are amazing but just as we exercise our bodies, it’s important to exercise them to keep them sharp, performing at their best, and on top of where those keys are.

October 13th was Train your Brain Day so we’ve put together some apps and brain training games to get you thinking so you don’t get brain fried!.

Microsoft Exchange at Internode

Internode has just moved its staff email environment from an Open Source based IMAP service to Microsoft Exchange 2007.

For an organisation with a long history of preference for Open Source/Unix based systems, and something less than unconditional love for Microsoft, its an interesting decision.
